Have you ever thought about publishing all of the poetry you’ve written over the years? I’ve been thinking about the best way to present my poetry. Back in the 90’s I had a few pieces published in little chap books or small home-press zines (as they are now called). I’m not sure on copyright and first publication. I still hold copyright, but I suppose those qualify as “published”.
If I put some up on my website, that would be considered published, too? Would that limit my ability to publish in larger literary magazines, I wonder? Nowadays I’m sure I could self publish a book of poetry, but who would buy it, and how to market an unknown author?
